down town?

most central location of our shop is on Wireless
Road. We open daily from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm, click

To get there by BTS, get off at the Ploenchit station,
go down on the opposite side of Homepro and continue
straight ahead to the next intersection. Turn left onto
Wireless road and walk towards the Plaza Athenee Hotel.
We are conveniently located at the intersection of Wireless
Soi 1 and Wireless Road, right by the Vietnamese embassy,
about 100 meters away from the hotel. If you travel
by car, get off the highway at South Ploenchit Road
Exit, turn left onto Pleonchit Road and left again onto
Wireless Road at the next traffic light. Click here

Q2: Where can I find a Verasu
shop around Thailand?
A2: At
present, Verasu has 4 branches in Bangkok area: Verasu
Headquarters (Wireless Rd.), Yaowaraj branch,
Ladprao soi 134 branch, Chaeng Wattana branch
and 6 corners located on the 5th floor of the famous
Emporium department store (Sukhumvit Road) and on the
first floor of Seri Centre, Srinakarin Rd.,on 4th Floor Electrical Appliances Department; The Mall Ngam Wong Wan,
on 5th Floor Electrical Appliances Department; Isetan,3th Floor Electrical Appliances Department; The Mall Bangkapi,
on 4th Floor Kitchen and Electrical Appliances Department; Siam Paragon. Please Click

Verasu does not have any branch up-country, but is looking
into such developments for the future. In any case,
we send our catalogs to clients all around Thailand
and can deliver most products to them through mail,
or delivery services.
Q3:
How many special promotions do you have and when?
A3: We organize sales
and promotional events throughout the year, some at
our shops, some in department stores. There are approximately
6 major promotions per year, though this number may
vary. All will be announced through this website
under "Special Events". Each special promotion is
focused on a selected category of products. Also,
do not miss Verasu Mid Year Sales in July and Verasu
Grand Sales between 15 December and 15 January when
most products are sold at very special prices. For
these events, catalogs are sent to all registered
customers at least 2 weeks in advance. To ask for

Q4:
Is there a parking area for each Verasu branch? How
is delivery handled
A4: Yes, all but Yaowaraj.
As China Town (Yaowaraj) is always a very busy area,
we recommend you to use a taxi. Every other shop has its own parking space or is conveniently
located in a department store. At Wireless, we have
only 50 spaces for customers.
For the delivery,Verasu offers Free delivery in Bangkok Metropolitan
area if you spend more than 5,000 baht. If you spend less than 5,000 baht, we will charge you 200 baht for the delivery.
For delivery in other regions of Thailand, we would arrange for transport and charge you at cost.
Q5: What
is your after-sales service policy? Does Verasu provide
after-sales services, repair and maintenance plans?
If so, where can customer contact your staff How's
about customer who live upcountry?
A5:
Our after sales service (Repair) Center is located
at Verasu Ladprao branch (soi 134). However, you can
deliver any failing device to other branches. Our
staff will kindly send the product to our repair center
which in turn will follow up with you. Bring your
receipt or warranty card for evidence of purchase.
Please be aware that products delivered directly to
the Repair Center will normally be ready sooner. For
customers who live upcountry, please send your parcel
by registered mail together with a contact phone number,
an email address and a copy of your warranty card
to Verasu Ladproa branch, to the attention of our
After-Sales department. When the parcel arrives, our
technicians will check it and give you a status on
the product by phone or email. Verasu guarantees all
appliances for one year, under normal use and does
not charge you for labor and spare parts on kitchen
appliances with manufacturing defect. Please Contact

Q6: From
which countries are Verasu products imported?

For more than 30 years, Verasu has striven to bring
you the most advanced and innovative products from
around the world. Most products are from Europe like
Germany with ABC, LEIFHEIT, SEVERIN, KARCHER, ROMMELBACHER, SOEHNLE, France with LUMINARC, STUAB and SCANPAN,
Switzerland with KUHN RIKON,Italy with LA PAVONI. Some brands are imported from the
US for instance MISTO, RIVAL and WESTBEND.
Q7: Are
Verasu's prices higher than other shops?

We are certain that our prices are not higher than
other shops for comparable and equivalent products.
We constantly check market prices and strive to provide
the best value to our customers. Of course and for
your own benefit, we would welcome any feedback on
prices offered on the market. Please click

services such as installment plans in order to guarantee
that you will most benefit from your purchase with

Q8: Any new exciting products
at the moment?

We are always striving to bring our customers the
best value from around the world; innovation has been
one of our key success factor since the beginning
of Verasu. The retail of the first microwave ovens
has been our first cornerstone in this continuous
search for new technologies, more convenient, safe
and practical products. Lately, we have been appointed
the sole reseller of Scanpan, Pyrolux Cookware in
Thailand. Pyrolux is the largest Danish manufacturer
of aluminum cookware. All production
is carried out in Denmark and bears all the hallmarks
of "Danish Design". Leading consumer magazines
in the US have time and again voted SCANPAN Ceramic
Titanium the best non-stick cookware.
Q9:
Some products are said to be guaranteed more than
one year on their package, is this reflecting the
service Policy of Verasu?
A9:
Actually, this is a very important question as in
general the policy of manufacturers does not apply
to the reseller, thus the reseller / distributor does
not apply the exact same warranty policy, especially
in case of food and body scale. As per the local laws
enforced by the Ministry of Commerce and Trade, scales
can NOT be repaired in Thailand, thus products have
to be sent back to their country of origin. In general,
Verasu will provide a one year warranty, service and
parts, on normal use of such device. For a particular
